The Detroit Red Wings have re-signed defenseman Ben Chiarot to a 3 year, $3.85 million cap hit extension.
The New Jersey Devils have traded forward Ondrej Palat, to the New York Islanders along with a 3rd round pick in 2026, and a 6th round pick in 2027 for Maxim Tsyplakov. There is no salary retained by the Devils.
